Deep Dive Breakthrough Session
Who it's for
Business owners who know something isn't working and want a fast, honest read on where to put their attention first. You have real data and real clients. You do not need a full rebuild. You need someone to look at it with you and say the thing out loud.
How it works
One 90 minute session on Zoom. You bring the situation, I ask the questions that get us underneath it, and we work out what deserves your attention first. You get the recording and the transcript so you are not scrambling to take notes while we talk.
What you leave with
A clear read on what's getting in the Way, and the next thing to do about it.
Business Intensive
Who it's for
Business owners who can feel that the way the business is currently running is limiting growth. You are already making money. You want to find what's getting in the Way, decide what actually matters most, and walk away with the plan to change it.
Phase one, the Business Audit
Before we meet you complete a detailed business questionnaire. I go through your offers, your marketing, your systems and your numbers on my own time. Then we meet for a 60 minute Business Audit Call where we name what is really getting in the Way of growth, decide what deserves our attention, and set the agenda for the Intensive.
Phase two, the Intensive
Five hours of private work on the priorities we identified. Because the diagnosis is already done, none of that time gets spent working out what the problem is. We spend it building. Decisions, structure, offers, pricing, systems, and the plan itself.
What you leave with
A 60 to 90 day growth plan built with you, in your business, with the order of operations decided and the first moves already made. You know what is limiting growth, what to do about it, and what happens Monday.
Growth 1:1 Coaching
Who it's for
Business owners who are already making money and want to spend six months actually building the next level of it. We make the decisions together, put the structure underneath the business, and grow the income while we do it. This is for people who want someone on the ride with them for the whole stretch, not just for the plan.
How it works
Two private calls a month for six months. We work on what the business needs at that moment: pricing, offers, marketing, systems, the numbers, the decisions you have been putting off. In between sessions you have support when something comes up and you need an answer before the next call. Custom tools built for how your business works, not a template. Quarterly reviews so we are looking at real numbers and adjusting, rather than guessing.
You get someone who will cheer you on and call you on your own excuses. Both matter.
What you leave with
The structure, the decisions and the implementation behind real growth. 95% of my clients grow their income. Most double it within 6 to 12 months.
