TamarFrom Overthinking to Overflowing
Tamar came to Michal for business coaching because her talent wasn’t translating to sales. She had the product, beautiful, custom cakes, but behind the scenes, she felt stuck, scattered, and unsure how to grow.
Her biggest frustrations? She wanted to feel proud of her business instead of behind in it.
She wanted to show up confidently online but struggled with visibility, and she wanted to launch a bakery someday, but didn’t even know the first steps to get there. She knew how to bake. She didn’t know how to build a business that could actually support her life.

From day one, Tamar was all in, fully committed to coaching and ready to change the way she worked.
We started with the mindset. She was holding back from social media, hiding behind her product, and overcomplicating everything. Once we worked through the visibility fears and perfectionism, she started showing up online as herself — not just “the baker.”
At the same time, we simplified her offers, clarified her audience, and built a repeatable launch system for her holiday menus. She stopped guessing and started planning, and for the first time ever, she sold out Thanksgiving.
We also worked on long-term vision: building a real, sustainable path toward her dream of opening a bakery, with community, workshops, and visibility in the culinary space.

Tamar sold out her holiday launch for the first time and grew her newsletter list by 50 percent. She saw a clear shift in engagement, attracting buyers instead of passive followers, and started showing up confidently online and on camera. Together, we built a repeatable content and launch system that she can use every season, giving her the structure she needed to stay consistent without burnout. MelissaMelissa was a bridal makeup artist and hair stylist specializing in natural, flawless makeup to help women feel their best. Her business could have been more organized before, and she didn’t take the business aspects seriously since she was quite new to full-time freelancing. She needed guidance, accountability, and help with her mindset. Melissa liked Michal’s focus on mindset in addition to business coaching. Melissa struggled with self-doubt and other mental blocks, so she needed support working through those issues.

The Solution
After a traumatic national event in October, Michal helped Melissa be kinder to herself and take a break to prioritize mental health before jumping back into business. This guidance to forgive herself and not feel guilty about pausing was very meaningful. Michal’s accountability was crucial – as a solo entrepreneur, I find it hard to stay disciplined without external oversight. Michal also encouraged Melissa to keep advertising after a major external disruption, which gave her an advantage over competitors who pulled back.
The result
Melissa is much more confident in herself, her talents, and the value her business provides. Seeing this growth in self-confidence was huge. She started tracking expenses, following up consistently with inquiries, and posting on social media multiple times weekly. Melissa has already earned more revenue in this year's first half than last year's. Melissa’s self-confidence and self-worth grew tremendously. She doesn’t compare herself to others or get disappointed during a slow week. Her inner peace and self-acceptance grew.
LiatLiat had trouble knowing if she should raise prices. She also had organizational issues and overthinking, which made it hard for her to make decisions. She needed help getting organized and being more decisive in her business.
THE SOLUTION
Liat and Michal worked together to create systems and organizations for her business. We also built a long-term plan and picture for next year so she could see how her income could increase if she implemented other things.

When Michal told Liat to raise her prices because she offers more value than she thinks, that was a big shift, though Liat is still working on fully raising prices. The organizational help also made Liat feel more valuable. Liat has created more boundaries with parents, being more direct about what’s best for their kids. She has declined some clients. She finds it hard but important to trust her instincts more with clients.
Having Michal’s voice in her mind helps Liat approach things more confidently and decisively. Liat started issuing digital receipts, which have been amazing. She plans to fully implement some of the other systems created for her over the summer.
One of Ahuva’s challenges was starting out by figuring out how to transition from working full-time to focusing on her business full-time. She also lacked confidence in her skills and abilities initially.

We worked on her sales calls, how to create a professional system for her potential clients to be able to speak with her, and then on the sales call, how to show her expertise so she could close the event. She went from being shy and not knowing how to conduct sales calls or write emails to now feeling very confident in her skills and abilities as a business owner. We worked on how Ahuva should think and how to price that she can raise her prices as the amount of work increases per project. She said that she was worth the price that she was charging.

Ahuva did so many events in this one year working together that she just came to know exactly what a client’s needs are. One event covers at least or more of one month’s rent Michal’s tough-love approach, creative thinking, and availability as particularly valuable. Ahuva credits Michal’s guidance for helping her gain confidence, improve her sales skills, and price her services appropriately.
Zemira She became confident
Zemira came to Michal for coaching to increase her income and confidence. Zemira wanted financial freedom to afford things for her family and lifestyle without relying on her husband’s income or government assistance for her child. She wanted to earn money through her work. She tried to get her car so she could have independence and feel that she wasn’t restricted by her time and the projects she could take on.
The Solution
From day one, Zemira was fully committed and saw the value of targeted business coaching. She was ready to take action and implement changes, and boy, did she implement those changes. We first worked on the limiting beliefs that were stopping her from moving forward. At the same time, we looked at her prices, and she wasn’t sure about raising them. She didn’t feel she could raise her prices again as she had just raised them. Through working through the limiting beliefs that she was worthy of the increase, she raised them, and at the same time, her confidence bloomed.

She walks into a construction site or any meeting with heels on, showing who’s boss. She commands every sales call with her clients, knowing they have come to an expert in the interior design field. In six months of working together, she made more than she did all last year, and she was able to get her own car. Zemira has made more income so far this year compared to all of last year—a great sign of progress!
TaliaTalia, a seasoned graphic designer with over ten years of experience, came to Michal because she struggled to build a consistent income and attract her ideal clients.
