Welcome to MK Creative. This website provides information about my business coaching, workshops, group programmes and resources.

By using this website, you agree to these website terms. Additional agreements may apply when you purchase a service.

Coaching and services

I offer private business coaching, strategy sessions, workshops, group programmes and digital resources.

The services, prices, payment options and inclusions for each offer are described on the relevant sales or booking page.

Individual coaching programmes may also have a separate client agreement setting out the scope of services, communication arrangements and responsibilities.

Payments

Prices and currencies are shown on the relevant offer or checkout page.

Applicable taxes, including Israeli VAT where required, will be identified during the purchasing process.

Where a payment plan is offered, its payment schedule and total cost will be disclosed before purchase.

The Collective

The Collective is a group business coaching programme.

Membership begins with a four-month commitment. After the initial commitment, membership continues monthly under the terms agreed at enrolment.

The programme includes three monthly group sessions and WhatsApp community support, as described on its sales page.

Members are expected to respect the privacy of other participants and not share information or recordings from group discussions without permission.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund requests can be made by emailing info@michalkaye.com.

Any applicable cancellation rights, refunds, fees and continuing payment obligations will be determined by the relevant service agreement and applicable law.

Specific booking, rescheduling and attendance conditions may be included in your individual service agreement or booking confirmation.

Coaching results

My role is to provide business coaching, guidance, practical tools and support.

The decisions you make and actions you take remain your responsibility.

I cannot guarantee specific financial results, increased revenue or business outcomes.

Coaching does not replace advice from a qualified accountant, lawyer or regulated financial professional.

Recordings and group participation

Some coaching sessions or workshops may be recorded, with appropriate notice and consent where required.

Information shared in group programmes should be treated respectfully and confidentially. However, I cannot guarantee the behaviour or confidentiality of every group participant.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the written material, worksheets, videos, resources and other content created by MK Creative belong to MK Creative.

Resources provided to clients are for their own use unless written permission is given for wider distribution.

Website information

I work to keep the website accurate and up to date. However, services, dates and availability may change.

Material changes to a purchased service will be communicated to affected clients, subject to their agreement and applicable law.
