Cancellation Policy

For Paid Packages If you wish to change a session, for whatever reason, I request at least 24 hours' notice (except in an emergency) unless you have notified me by email. You can change all your meetings by the link sent to you. I will assume you will be attending the session. Likewise, I will offer you the same notice if I change a session. If you do not provide me with 24-hour notice, a cancellation payment of 100NIS will be required. There are no refunds. You may, if you wish, end a mentoring session / our relationship at any time. However, the payment is non-refundable.
